1 An initial consultation is carried out to identify any underlying problems which could mean that the client may not be suitable for laser teeth whitening. This is also an opportunity to discuss the procedure in more depth and ask any questions you may have regarding the treatment. Part of the consultation includes the shade analysis and recording of photographs for your file.
2 A gum protector is then applied to the gums creating a barrier. This procedure is vital in holding the over flow of the whitening gel touching the gum line.
3 A whitening gel is applied to the surface of the teeth and then exposed to a high powered cold LED light for three sets of 15 minutes, which in turn activates the whitening gel, speeding up the whole process and making the whitening treatment much more effective.
4 The gel and gum protector is removed for photographs and shade analysis.
5 Patients are advised to follow a strict "White Diet" for 48 hours to ensure the results from the treatments are maintained – this means avoiding drinking or eating anything that you would expect to stain a white t-shirt! Read more about the '"White Diet" on our FAQ page.

I was shocked at the results from Bright Smile teeth whitening! In the past I had used shop-bought teeth whitening products, but never seen the results I was looking for.
Although I did experience a little sensitivity for about 24 hours after the treatment, it was definitely worth it…
It’s amazing what white teeth can do for your confidence
